Request data deletion

Grid Heap, Inc. verifies deletion requests before acting, so one person cannot erase another person's records.
Send the request
Email legal@gridheap.com from the address or account associated with the data. Identify the business or workspace, the channel used and the approximate dates, without including passwords, access tokens or full message histories.
Verification
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority over the affected data. Protected evidence is collected through an appropriate channel after initial triage.
Customer-controlled conversations
When a TidyAnswer customer controls the conversation data, we route the request to that customer and process deletion under its verified instruction and the applicable agreement.
Required retention
Some records may be retained where law, an active legal hold, fraud prevention, security or a documented contractual obligation requires it. When that applies, we identify the category and the reason.
Completion
We acknowledge the request, explain any additional verification needed, and confirm in writing when the request has been completed or transferred to the responsible data controller.
